🏆 Awards & Recognition
All scarecrows will be displayed publicly throughout Downtown Mount Dora.
The Mayor of Mount Dora and City Council Members will vote on their favorites. The Top 3 scarecrows will receive prizes and promotion on Monsters in the Morning and local media!

Must be built to stand upright (city will supply mounting equipment)
Important: All scarecrows must be family-friendly. No adult, political, religious, violent, frightening, or bloody themes allowed. Max height is 6 feet. Must stand upright.
